SSSXVid Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using SSSXVid, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit a link, start a render or use a returned download action.

If you use SSSXVid for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. These Terms do not replace any obligations you have to X, a rights holder or another service provider.

2. What the service does

SSSXVid is a browser-based tool that accepts supported public status links from X, formerly known as Twitter. Depending on the source and available processing, the result can include MP4 video, individual photos, a photo ZIP, a looping GIF-style MP4 or an MP3 render.

The source post, available formats and provider response determine what can be returned. SSSXVid does not promise that every public post, media type, quality, browser or device will work.

3. Eligibility

SSSXVid is not directed to children under 13. If you are not old enough to enter into these Terms where you live, use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use SSSXVid where access to this type of service is prohibited by applicable law.

4. Permitted use

You may use SSSXVid to save public media that you own, have permission to download, or are otherwise legally allowed to use. A public post is not automatically free of copyright, privacy, publicity or contractual restrictions.

You are responsible for checking the rights, licence, consent and platform rules that apply before downloading, sharing, editing, republishing or using a file commercially.

5. Prohibited use

You must not use or attempt to use SSSXVid in a way that harms another person, the service or its providers.

• Do not submit protected posts, private messages, login-only pages, passwords, login cookies or private-page HTML.
• Do not bypass access controls, authentication, geographic restrictions, rate limits, signed-token checks or other security measures.
• Do not run abusive automated requests, bulk scraping, load testing or repeated requests intended to degrade the service.
• Do not introduce malware, probe for credentials, interfere with infrastructure or reverse engineer security controls for an abusive purpose.
• Do not use the service to infringe copyright, privacy, publicity or other rights, or to harass, impersonate or exploit another person.
• Do not resell access to SSSXVid, misrepresent the service as your own, or use SSSXVid branding in a way that suggests endorsement.

6. Your responsibility for each request

You choose the URL, format and download action. You are responsible for the lawfulness of that request and for what you do with the file afterward. SSSXVid does not review ownership or permission before every automated request.

If a source contains personal, sensitive or restricted material, its public availability does not remove your responsibility to respect the people and rights involved.

7. Temporary results, tokens and files

SSSXVid is not a media library, permanent host or backup service. Download tokens expire, render jobs can be removed, provider URLs can change and a source post can become unavailable without notice.

Save an authorized file to your own device when it is available. Do not rely on SSSXVid to preserve a post, reproduce a prior result or recover a lost download.

8. Third-party sources and services

X, source-media hosts, network providers and media-processing providers are independent from SSSXVid. Their availability, formats, restrictions and policies can change, interrupt or prevent a request.

A link to another service is provided for context and does not mean SSSXVid controls or endorses that service. Your use of X or another website remains subject to its own terms and policies.

9. Ownership of SSSXVid and source media

The SSSXVid name, visual identity, original interface, site copy and site-controlled assets are protected by the rights that apply to them. These Terms allow you to use the website for its intended function; they do not transfer ownership or grant a right to copy, clone, sell or misrepresent the service.

SSSXVid does not claim ownership of media in a source post. Any rights in that media remain with the relevant creator, rights holder or other lawful owner.

10. No affiliation with X Corp.

SSSXVid is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by X Corp. The names X and Twitter are used only to identify the public link formats and media source discussed by the service.

11. Availability and enforcement

SSSXVid may reject a URL, expire a token, stop a job, apply a rate or size limit, restrict a reported status ID, or suspend access that appears abusive, unlawful or harmful. A feature can be changed or removed when source compatibility, security, capacity or legal requirements change.

We may investigate suspected abuse and preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to protect the service, its providers, users or rights holders.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

SSSXVid is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service makes no warranty that a particular post, format, quality, render, ZIP, download speed or device workflow will be available, accurate or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SSSXVid is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the service, your reliance on a temporary result, a third-party service, or your unauthorized use of downloaded media. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes, applicable law and contact

These Terms may be updated to reflect a change in the service, security controls, providers or applicable requirements. A material revision will receive a new last-updated date. Continuing to use the service after an updated version takes effect means the updated Terms apply to later use.
