SSSXVid Copyright and Takedown

1. Source media and ownership

SSSXVid does not claim ownership of video, photos, audio or other media in a source post. Using a downloader does not change the ownership, licence or other rights that apply to the work.

A public post can still be protected by copyright, privacy, publicity, contract or other law. Users are instructed to download only media they own, are authorized to save, or are otherwise permitted to use.

2. What SSSXVid can review

A report can concern original text or images published by SSSXVid, a SSSXVid page or route, or access through SSSXVid to a specific public status ID. Include the exact SSSXVid page and public source link so the subject of the report can be located.

SSSXVid does not control the original post on X. If the requested action is removal of the source post itself, submit the report through the process provided by X.

3. Information required for a review

Send a complete notice to copyright@sssxvid.com. A clear report should contain the following information:

• Your full name and reliable contact information.
• Whether you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• A description of the copyrighted work and, when available, a URL showing the original or authorized publication.
• The specific public X or Twitter status URL involved.
• The SSSXVid page, route or request ID involved, when available.
• The action you are asking SSSXVid to take.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature; typing your full legal name at the end of the notice is acceptable for this review process.

4. Information not to send

Do not send an X password, login cookie, private-page source, payment information, unrelated identity documents or media that is not needed to understand the report. A public source URL, the affected SSSXVid page and a request ID are usually enough to locate the issue.

If further evidence is needed, SSSXVid will explain what is missing. Sending excessive personal information does not make a report more persuasive.

5. How a report is reviewed

SSSXVid reviews whether the notice identifies the work, the reported material, the reporter's authority and an action the service can perform. We may ask for clarification or supporting information before deciding whether a restriction is appropriate.

There is no fixed response or resolution deadline unless one is required by applicable law. Complex, incomplete or disputed reports can require additional review.

6. Possible actions

When a report has a sufficient basis, SSSXVid may correct or remove site-controlled material, restrict a public status ID from the downloader, preserve relevant records, or refer a source-level report to the service that controls the original post.

Restricting a status ID through SSSXVid does not remove the source post, prevent other services from accessing it, or decide the ultimate legal rights of the parties.

7. Reconsideration

A person affected by a SSSXVid restriction may ask for reconsideration by providing the relevant status URL or request ID, reliable contact information, and evidence of ownership, permission, licence, lawful use or mistaken identification.

SSSXVid may share the substance of a dispute when reasonably necessary to evaluate competing claims, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations. Reconsideration is part of this notice-and-review process and is not described as a formal statutory counter-notice.

8. Misleading or abusive reports

Do not knowingly misidentify a work, falsely claim authority, omit material facts or use the copyright process to silence lawful criticism or unrelated content. SSSXVid may reject an incomplete, fraudulent, abusive or clearly unrelated report.

If ownership or lawful use is genuinely disputed, the parties may need independent legal advice or a decision from a competent authority. SSSXVid is not a court and does not provide legal advice.

9. Complaint records and privacy

A copyright report and related correspondence can be retained for review, communication, abuse prevention, security, record keeping and compliance with a valid legal obligation. Do not include information that is unnecessary for those purposes.
